The reception staff were amazing kind and friendly and above anything else honest. even though I forgot to collect my remain money after I paid bill. he Kindly kept and give with smile of his face. so welcoming person my Allah bless him.

my naighbour was Nuisance and smoking from his room. all the room should be free of smoking.. I was getting his smoke to my room.. not nice but can you do even though the reception staff done what ever they could.

Best location between Masjid Al Nabawi and Main Highway with friendly Budget

Good English speaking staff at reception, short Distance to Masjid Al Nabawi only 3-4minutes walking. I extended my stay due to the comfort of location and the facilities in this budget. Quick highway access, so Uber, careem (online taxi) will get always upon request immediately near the main road (in front of Mariot Hotel) 20meter away from the Hotel entrance.

Just clean the dust from the window glass external areas. Then the views will be more beautiful through the big french windows.

The hotel offer no service to us. They didn't change the towels or the bed sheets. Called the reception many time but they didn't respond to my request

Hotel location excellent staff very good clean lifts were available don't have to que like other hotels food near by best of all al haram it's only five mins walk also walk to al haram mosque beauty full and u can pass beautiful mosque Abu Baqar sidiqe and al gamama mosque we a a such a nice time

Smelly.

Close enough to the Haram, though a little tucked away. Staff were nice enough.

The room had an awful stench. The curtains didn't close properly which meant after dawn there was a lot of light in the room. I ordered a double bedroom was taken to a room with three single beds, all of them were too short for me. The decor and furniture was from the 1970s.

Very stinking toilet and small room with no space.1

I don't like this hotel at all as have very bad experience, very dirty and conjusted space in room, toilet is very stinking and no one care after complaining the hotel supervisor. I don't recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.
