No parking facilities, employees behaviour and response not good. Late check in awaiting for one hours. Cleaning for bath was not properly . No tissue no tea.

Sir your internet was very poor excuse given your reception that your 600 rooms all full but as I know your hotel total 200 rooms most of your staff remain busy on personal face book chatting they don’t care customers internet very slow due to this

Because Most of your at reception remain busy in chatting on mobile phone

The reception staff were amazing kind and friendly and above anything else honest. even though I forgot to collect my remain money after I paid bill. he Kindly kept and give with smile of his face. so welcoming person my Allah bless him.

my naighbour was Nuisance and smoking from his room. all the room should be free of smoking.. I was getting his smoke to my room.. not nice but can you do even though the reception staff done what ever they could.

Good English speaking staff at reception, short Distance to Masjid Al Nabawi only 3-4minutes walking. I extended my stay due to the comfort of location and the facilities in this budget. Quick highway access, so Uber, careem (online taxi) will get always upon request immediately near the main road (in front of Mariot Hotel) 20meter away from the Hotel entrance.

Just clean the dust from the window glass external areas. Then the views will be more beautiful through the big french windows.

Close to the masjid AL Nabawi

The hotel offer no service to us. They didn't change the towels or the bed sheets. Called the reception many time but they didn't respond to my request

The reception staff were excellent.. they exceeded my expectation very polite and helpful.. however the internet was not good. You have re-registrate all the time also hotel little far from mosque

Internet, far from mosques and if I want to stay one more night I have to book through internet not direct..

Hotel location excellent staff very good clean lifts were available don't have to que like other hotels food near by best of all al haram it's only five mins walk also walk to al haram mosque beauty full and u can pass beautiful mosque Abu Baqar sidiqe and al gamama mosque we a a such a nice time

This time the treatment was good than last one and they provided us good room.

House keeping. They don’t make up your room even during the entire stay.

Close enough to the Haram, though a little tucked away. Staff were nice enough.

The room had an awful stench. The curtains didn't close properly which meant after dawn there was a lot of light in the room. I ordered a double bedroom was taken to a room with three single beds, all of them were too short for me. The decor and furniture was from the 1970s.

I don't like this hotel at all as have very bad experience, very dirty and conjusted space in room, toilet is very stinking and no one care after complaining the hotel supervisor. I don't recommend anybody to stay in this hotel.

غالي جدا خدمات متواضعه سرير أطفال وليس كبار قريب من الحرم نعم ولكن بعيد عن الخدمات العامة بعيد ولا مطاعم ولا محلات زي الناس موقع بوكنج لانقدم الأسعار الحقيقة سعر الغرفة 100 وانا حجزتها ب 250 عن طريقهم

موظفين الأستقبال مواطنون سعوديين قمه في الأخلاق و التعاون و لبقيين جداً ..

المسافه تقريباً 1 كم عن المسجد النبوي لا يوجد تنوع في المطاعم إلي جنب الفندق و لكن ايجابيات الفندق تغطي على هذي السلبيات..

موظفو الاستقبال معاملتهم جدا راقية (جدا ممتازة ) كذلك موظفو الامن وجود مواقف للمركبات

يوجد ازعاج اثناء وقت القيلولة فرش السرر يحتاج لنظافة اكثر المناشف ليست نظيفة وممزقة البعد عن الحرم خاصة للنساء وكبار السن

الحسنه الوحيده المعامله الطيبه والخلوقه من موظف الاستقبال بالدوام الليلى فقط وهو سعودى الجنسيه .اما باقى الموظفين والعمال معاملتهم سيئه للغايه

1-عدم توافر مكان بالمواقف لمدة اقامتى 4 أيام ممااضطرنى لتكلفه زائده للمواقف ومجهود ومشقه 2- الغرف غير الصور المعروضه تمام 3- مستوى النظافه ( زبال) وقمامه وبواقى طعام بالغرفه 4- لا يوجد ادنى مستوى للفندقه .لايوجد غلاية شاى ولا ماء ولا بشكير ولا اى شىء مثل المعروض بالصور والارضيات غير مفروشه ومستوى النظافه متدنى جدا 5- لايوجد كوفى شوب ولا مطعم ولاخدمة غرف

قريب على المسجد النبوي مطاعم واسواق قريبه جدا يحتوي على مواقف تحت الفندق نظيف بشكل عام من الداخل والخارج الغرف نظيفه والحمامات نظيفه والسرير نظيف الغرفه تحتوي على ثلاجه وتلفاز

مواقف السيارات ممتلئه حيث لم اجد موقف الغرفه لا تحتوي على سخان ماء لشرب القهوه والشاي الغرفه لا تحتوي على ضيافه من صحون ومعالق وكاسات لشرب المياه البارده او الساخنه صابون الاستحمام وصابون اليدين لم يعجبني
